The heating pump system has environmental heat sources cycle (9), in which an environmental heat source is integrated as heat source. Evaporators (14) of a heat pump are connected with the environmental heat sources cycle. The heat pump separates two refrigerant cycles (11) from each other in a structural manner. An independent claim is also included for a building with multiple housing units and brine circuits.
