The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing anti-bacterial Janus particles having both sterilization function and magnetism for collection. The method for manufacturing anti-bacterial Janus particles comprises the following steps: arranging material particles on a substrate in a single layer; attaching photothermal nanoparticles to upper surfaces of the material particles by sprinkling a solution, in which the photothermal nanoparticles are dispersed, on an exposed upper surface of the material particles and thermally treating the resultant product; separating the material particles having the photothermal nanoparticles attached thereto from the substrate; and attaching magnetic nanoparticles to the opposite surface to which the photothermal nanoparticles of the material particles separated from the substrate are not attached. The photothermal nanoparticles and the magnetic nanoparticles show the same characteristic of a positive electric charge or a negative electric charge. In the material particles having the photothermal nanoparticles attached thereto, the opposite surface whereon the photothermal nanoparticles are not attached shows the opposite electric charge characteristics from the photothermal nanoparticles, so the magnetic nanoparticles are attached by electrostatic attraction. The manufacturing method of the present invention can easily manufacture Janus particles in which two types of nanoparticles having different characteristics are attached to different areas of a material particle. |
