The present invention relates to a method for preparing a liquid tea containing viscum album, in which viscum album, pueraria thunbergiana, and a cornus fruit are mixed at a suitable ratio to increase antioxidant activity and also extremely increase palatability; and a liquid tea prepared by the method. According to the present invention, the method of preparing a liquid tea comprises: a mixing step of mixing 2-5 wt% of misteltoe of the viscum album, 1-4 wt% of the pueraria thunbergiana, 0.5-3 wt% of the cornus fruit, and purified water to obtain a mixed material; an extracting step of extracting an extract from the mixed material in an extractor; and a packaging step of packaging the extract. |
