The present invention relates a refractory composition and a submerged nozzle for continuous casting manufactured by using the same. The refractory composition for manufacturing a submerged nozzle for continuous casting includes 70-80 wt% of zirconia (ZrO_2); 16-27 wt% of graphite; and 3-4 wt% of quick lime (CaO). According to the present invention, thermal shock resistance of the submerged nozzle may be improved so that the durability of the submerged nozzle is improved. |
