The present invention relates to a syringe sealing apparatus of a novel structure which effectively seals a syringe filled with injection liquid. According to the present invention, the syringe sealing apparatus comprises: a cap (6) mounted on a holder (30), and a main body (20) airtightly connected to a syringe (1) to use a pressure adjustment means (40) to discharge air in a concave groove (21) of the holder (30); and the syringe (1) to suck the cap (6) into the syringe (1) by a vacuum pressure formed in the syringe (1) to seal the syringe (1). As such, unlike in a conventional syringe sealing apparatus which forcibly pushes the cap (6) into the syringe (1) to seal the syringe (1), the cap (6) is able to effectively be mounted on the syringe (1) to seal the syringe (1).
