The present invention relates to an apparatus to detect leak of a pipe connecting part, comprising: a clamp which accommodates a flange, which has one side fastened to a pipe and another side fixated in a state of facing each other to be located inside or accommodates a connecting part of two pipes fastened by welding to be located inside, and has at least one hole type leak detection kit fastening part formed along a circumference; and a leak detection kit inserted into the leak detection kit fastening part by being formed in a shape corresponding to the leak detection kit fastening part, including a housing wherein an inlet hole is formed and a reaction gel located in a reaction gel accommodation part formed in the housing on an inner side corresponding to the pipe while being inserted into the leak detection kit fastening part. According to the present invention, provided is the apparatus to detect leak of the pipe connecting part which prevents poisonous gas from poisoning, pollution of the surrounding environment, fire or explosion due to a leaked fluid as the apparatus is able to detect a leak of the fluid flowing in the pipe to the outside at a portion where a pair of pipes are fastened by the flange or weld. |
