Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for providing a trading guide service based on a moving average line analysis, which provide assistance for a trading timing by using a moving average line. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: an item database which stores historical data for each stock item; a moving average line analysis unit which analyzes a moving average line with respect to a selection item based on the current time; and a reliability verification unit which verifies reliability with respect to moving average line analysis contents by using the historical data for each stock item stored in the item database and provides the verification result to a user through a user interface.
