The present invention relates to a method for processing a user-oriented authentication method. According to the present invention, the method for processing a user-oriented authentication method, which is executed by a server of a payment relay company, includes: a first step of specifying authentication method information to be used when a user is using a payment method through a terminal of the user; a second step of storing the specified authentication method information by mapping the same with the unique information of the user; a third step of, when a user is making a payment in a store using a payment system of the payment relay company, confirming if the user is a user with a specified authentication method; and a step of, if the user is a user with a specified authentication method, processing the authentication of the user using the specified authentication method. By doing so, the present invention is able to provide various kinds of authentication methods depending on the payment methods for users and process authentication of a user with an authentication method specified by the user, thereby facilitating efficient and flexible user-oriented use of authentication methods. |
