The present invention relates to a mouse type rehabilitation training apparatus comprising: a mouse main body on which a hand is placed; at least one wheel which is coupled to the mouse main body to be rollable; at least one driving motor which individually rotates wheels so that the mouse main body can be moved; a pattern recognition unit which is provided in the mouse main body to recognize coordinate data on a printing pattern printed on a printout; and a control unit which controls the driving motors to change moving direction and speed of the mouse main body based on the coordinate data on the printing pattern recognized by the pattern recognition unit. The mouse type rehabilitation training apparatus moves the mouse main body in various patterns according to a characteristic of a user, thereby changing joint angles of a wrist and a shoulder of the user while performing rehabilitation.
