The present invention relates to an energy-saving type mushroom cultivation apparatus and, specifically, to an energy-saving type mushroom cultivation apparatus wherein the internal temperature of a container type mushroom cultivation apparatus is adjusted by using water through a water-cooled freezer, thereby saving costs, and a heating system for preventing condensation is applied to a container box to prevent the rapid temperature change inside the container due to the difference between the internal temperature and the external temperature, thereby providing an environment optimized for mushroom cultivation. The energy-saving type mushroom cultivation apparatus comprises: a container box configured by installing iron panels inside and outside and inserting and installing expanded polystyrene inside the installed iron panels; a water-cooled water case installed outside the container box, wherein a space filled with water is formed inside the water-cooled water case; a water-cooled cooling unit connected with the water-cooled water case and having a ventilation fan therein, wherein the water-cooled cooling unit ventilates a tube, in which water circulates from the water-cooled water case, to lower the temperature of the tube; a circulation motor for pumping water, which has passed through the cooling unit, to insert the pumped water into the container; a freezer cooler installed inside the container and having a ventilation fan, wherein the freezer cooler supplies the cooled air into the container; a heater installed around the freezer cooler, wherein the heater heats air to supply the heated air into the container; and a control panel for allowing a worker to operate the heater or the freezer cooler according to the predetermined temperature, thereby controlling the inner portion of the controller to be maintained at a constant temperature.
