To accomplish the purpose of the present invention, disclosed is a fermented feed containing a lactic acid bacteria-fermented material produced such that lactic acid bacteria separated from a cabbage kimchi is inoculated to a mixture of an organic acid and a waste of a salted cabbage. According to the present invention, the waste of the salted cabbage may be recycled to reduce a cost for processing the cabbage waste, and the cabbage waste may be used to prepare a feed for domestic animals to reduce a cost for preparing the feed. According to the present invention, provided is the fermented feed in which the lactic acid bacteria separated from the cabbage kimchi is Lactobacillus plantarum, and the organic acid is lactic acid, citric acid, or a mixture thereof. |
