Disclosed is a core drill apparatus. The core drill apparatus includes: a wall-fixed frame which is fixed onto a wall; a guide member which is arranged in an upright position against the wall-fixed frame to be fixed to the wall-fixed frame; a moving frame which is coupled to the guide member to be moved and guided by the guide member in accordance with a handling operation; and a motor driving unit which is coupled to the moving frame and includes a core drill arranged on a front end drive shaft to gather wall cores. The core drill apparatus, which has a dust collection function, also includes: a wall adhering member which has a wall adhering surface coming in close contact with the wall, a guide hole formed on a surface to guide the core drill, and a side separately fixed to the wall-fixed frame; a lifting member which has a side separately fixed to the moving frame; and a flexible tube which surrounds and covers the core drill while being spaced apart from the core drill, has a side connected to the wall adhering member while maintaining a sealed state, and has the other side connected to the lifting member while maintaining a sealed state. |
