摘要 According to the present invention, a method for constructing a tunnel with a large cross section using a rock quality rating comprises: (a) a step of determining a rock quality rating of a bedrock where a tunnel with the large cross section is to be constructed; (b) a step of setting an excavation area of a prior excavation unit in accordance with a determined rock quality rating; (c) a step of excavating the prior excavation unit at a preset flatness or less to correspond to a preset excavation area; (d) a step of excavating a post excavation unit with a remaining region except for a prior excavation unit, using a central free surface formed by excavating the prior excavation unit; and (e) a step of repeating step (a) to step (d). The purpose of the present invention is to provide the method for constructing the tunnel capable of reducing a construction period and remarkably reducing construction costs.
