The present invention provides an underwater inspection camera for inspecting the exterior wall of an underwater structure and a method for inspecting the exterior wall of an underwater structure using the same, wherein a structure diagnosis expert can photograph the exterior wall of the underwater structure even without diving in person. According to the present invention, provided is the underwater inspection camera for inspecting the exterior wall (1) of an underwater structure, comprising: a supporting part (100) extending in the depth direction of the underwater structure; a housing (200) mounted on the supporting part (100) and accommodating a camera lens (210) for photographing the exterior wall (1); and a guide part (300) for constantly maintaining a distance between the supporting part (100) and the exterior wall (1).
