The present invention relates to a heating seat for a vehicle and a control method thereof in which a heating wire for heating is independently provided in each of a seat back and a seat cushion, the seat cushion is firstly heated at the time of activating the heating function of the seat, and then the seat cushion and the seat back are heated together when a predetermined time is elapsed or the seat cushion reaches a predetermined temperature. The heating seat comprises a seat back; a seat cushion; a seat back circuit; a seat cushion circuit; a switching unit; and a control unit.
