The present invention relates to marking objects installed on a lane of a road at regular intervals, and more specifically, to a road marker which allows a driver to promote safe driving even under a driving condition where securing a view is difficult such as at night or when it rains. The road marker comprises a body made of a silicon material and a reflective plate. The body comprises: an embedment member embedded and installed in a road; and a base member extended above the embedment member, exposed to an upper portion of the road, and provided with at least one through hole penetrating a front surface thereof and a rear surface thereof. The reflective plate is accommodated in the base member to expose a portion thereof to the outside of the through hole and coated with a glow-in-the-dark material to reflect light emitted by a headlight of a vehicle. A manufacturing process of the road marker comprises a silicon material mixing step for manufacturing the body, a first processing step on a press, and a second processing step in an oven to form the body and the reflective plate. The road marker is manufactured by mounting the formed body and reflective plate on each other. |
