Provided is a triple layered core-shell nanoparticles comprising a metal nanoparticle core, a dielectric shell surrounding the metal nanoparticles; and a semiconductor shell surrounding the dielectric shell. According to the present invention, a triple layered core shell composed of metal particles-dielectric-semiconductor is applied inside an electron transfer layer of a solar cell. By coating the semiconductor shell on plasmon particles, the triple layered core shell can enhance electron transfer performance without reducing surface plasmon resonance (SPR) effect on the surface of metal nanoparticles by coating the semiconductor shell on plasmon particles, thereby obtaining an improved optical conversion efficiency of a solar cell. |
