Provided is a display device which comprises: a display panel; a driving circuit board arranged on at least one side of the display panel and including a plurality of circuit layers; a bottom chassis accommodating the display panel; and at least one flange protruding outwardly from the bottom chassis. At least one of the circuit layers has at least one groove, and the flange is inserted into the groove. Therefore, the size of the driving circuit board can be reduced by changing a coupling method of the flange and the driving circuit board.
