Provided is a composition for an electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet, consisting of: magnetic powder; a binder resin; and an addition agent including a resin whose acid value is 40-80mg KOH/g. Accordingly, an average roughness value of an electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet can be decreased by using the composition for an electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet. Also, an electromagnetic wave absorption ratio can be improved by increasing a magnetic permeability of the electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet.
