The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a flexible metal copper clad laminate which includes a metal base, a polyimide film and a copper foil. An objective of the present invention is to a method of manufacturing a flexible metal copper clad laminate which can reduce costs by manufacturing the flexible metal copper clad laminate without using a double-sided tape and reduce labor costs and the number of working processes by removing a process of separating a cover paper from the double-sided tape so that the productivity is improved. To this end, the present invention includes the steps of: (a) after adhesive (40) is coated on a metal base (10) and the metal base (10) is allowed to pass through an oven on a surface treatment line, combining the metal base (10) with a polyimide film (30); (b) coating adhesive (40) on a copper foil (50) on a separated line; (c) pressing the metal base (10) combined with the polyimide film (30) and the copper foil (50) coated with the adhesive (40) at a high temperature; and (d) treating an outer appearance thereof with a mold to have a predetermined shape. |
