The present invention relates to a three-dimensional laser scanning system capable of simplifying the combination structure between a rotation unit and a fixing unit and the structure of a light emitting optical system by separating an optical transmission path of a pulse laser source module and power supply paths of an optical transmission module and an optical reception module. To that end, the three-dimensional laser scanning system includes: a rotation unit which includes an optical transmission module to discharge pulse light and an optical reception module to receive reflective light reflected from a target object after emitted by the optical transmission module; a fixing unit which is placed under the rotation unit and includes a rotation driving unit to rotate the rotation unit and a pulse laser source module to generate pulse light and supply the light to the optical transmission module; and an optical transmission unit which is extended in a form surrounding the outside of the rotation unit and includes an optical transmission means of which one end is connected to the pulse laser source module and the other end is connected to the top of the rotation unit to transmit the pulse light generated by a laser source to the optical transmission module.
