The present invention relates to an electrical energy conversion device using a polymer, and more particularly, to an electrical energy conversion device capable of converting flow energy or vibration energy which is mechanical energy into electrical energy using a polymer film. To this end, the electrical energy conversion device using the polymer comprises: an energy harvesting unit which converts the flow energy into the electrical energy by using a potential difference between the intensity of an electric field of a first outer surface and the intensity of an electric field of a second outer surface generated by the bending of the polymer film according to the flow energy produced by a flow of a fluid; and an energy processing unit which rectifies the electrical energy converted by the energy harvesting unit and stores the rectified electrical energy or supplies the stored electrical energy. |
