The present invention relates to a seat ventilation apparatus having two blowers operated in opposite directions and a seat ventilation method thereof. The seat ventilation method, which ventilates a seat by rotating a first blower installed in a cushion of the seat of a vehicle and a second blower installed in a back, comprises: a step of operating the first and second blowers; a humidity measuring step of measuring the humidity of the cushion and the back using a first humidity sensor installed in the cushion and a second humidity sensor installed in the back; a humidity comparing step of comparing the humidity measured in the first humidity sensor with the humidity measured in the second humidity sensor; and a ventilating step of ventilating the seat by rotating the first and second blowers in opposite directions according to the humidity comparison results.
