Provided is the use of quinolone compounds of general formula I, where the variables are as defined in the specification, for the treatment of bone cancer and bone metastases. A preferred compound for use is N-(4-{ [6,7-bis(methyloxy)quinolin-4-yl} oxy} phenyl)-N’-(4-fluorophenyl)cyclopropane-1,1-dicarboxamide. |
