Provided are a method and a device for recommending a load cell, which can support the user definition of a load cell determination rule using various operators compared with the attributes of an item. The method for recommending a load cell according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving preceding item requirements including one or more operators and operands for the operators; checking a load cell in which an item corresponding to the preceding item requirements is loaded; and determining the checked load cell as a load cell for an item to be loaded.
