The present invention comprises a user terminal, and a near field communication (NFC) recognition reader mounted in an elevator. The NFC recognition reader comprises: an obtaining unit obtaining information of the user terminal from the user terminal; a determination unit determining whether or not to register authorization of the elevator to the user terminal through obtained information; and a setting unit setting an operating floor of a user based on information of the user terminal which determines that whether or not to register the authorization of the elevator.
