The present invention relates to an organic photoelectric device, and an image sensor and electronic device including the organic photoelectric device. The organic photoelectric device comprises: a first electrode and a second electrode which face each other; and a photoelectric conversion layer which is located between the first electrode and the second electrode. The photoelectric conversion layer includes a p-type semiconductor compound and an n-type semiconductor compound, satisfies Equation 1 below, and has an EQE equal to or higher than 40% at -3V. Equation 1 is ¦(EQE at -3V)-(EQE at -2V)¦/(EQE at -3V) <= 0.1, wherein (EQE at -3V) and (EQE at -2V) refer to external quantum efficiencies (EQE) at -3V and -2V, respectively.
