The present invention relates to an automatic supplying and collecting device of a saw blade for high frequency heat treatment. A horizontal transfer rail is installed in a front surface of a high frequency heat treatment device such that a saw blade transfer unit is able to drive from side to side. A saw blade supplying unit and a saw blade collecting unit are installed in both sides of a horizontal transfer rail, and a saw blade supply device and a saw blade collection device driving along supply and discharge guide rails are formed on an upper part of the saw blade supplying unit and the saw blade collecting unit. A saw blade mounted on the saw blade supplying unit is supplied to a saw blade transfer device to heat-treat the saw blade using a high frequency heat treatment device. The heat-treated saw blades are loaded on the saw blade collecting unit in order such that the automatic supplying and collecting device is able to reduce costs and improve productivity by automating the supply of the saw blade, the heat treatment, and a collection process of the heat-treated saw blade. |
