The present invention relates to an adolescent dietary assessment tool and a method for surveying a meal-specific non-quantitative eating frequency by using the same and, more specifically, to a method for surveying the eating frequency of adolescents by using an adolescent dietary assessment tool and an eating frequency survey system including a network, a user terminal, a main server, and a database. The adolescent dietary assessment tool consists of a guide page and a survey page including a question about breakfast, a question about lunch, a question about dinner, a question about snacks, and a survey result view. The method for surveying a meal-specific non-quantitative eating frequency comprises the steps of: analyzing requested data received from the user terminal, searching for adolescent food frequency survey data or adolescent eating frequency assessment data corresponding to the requested data from the database, and transmitting the search results to the user terminal, by the main server; and outputting, on a screen, the adolescent eating frequency survey data or the adolescent eating frequency assessment data transmitted from the main server, by the user terminal. Therefore, the tool and the method of the present invention can contribute to the healthy development of the country by improving the awareness and practice of adolescents about food safety and nutrition safety through the development of adolescent food safety nutrition education content and the standardization of the assessment tool to secure the health of the adolescents who are the leaders of future society. |
