According to the present invention, a horizontal transfer multistage type combustion improving water cooling grate device comprises: a fixing grate (10) installed inside a grate furnace; a movable grate (20) disposed between the fixing grates (10); and a movable grate forward and backward moving means (30) enabling the movable grate (20) to be moved in forward and backward directions. The movable grate forward and backward moving means (30) comprises: a movable grate shaft (31); a movable grate shaft support unit (32); a fixing bar (33); a buffer bar (34); a rotary link bar (35); a rotational shaft (36); and a rotating means (37). Moreover, the movable grate (20) and the movable grate shaft (31) enables water to be putted into and discharged from the movable grate and the movable grate shaft in order to be cooled in a water cooling method. |
