The present invention relates to a composition for stabilizing an extracellular-superoxide dismutase (EC-SOD) protein and a stabilizing method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for stabilizing an EC-SOD protein containing bovine serum albumin (BSA), polyethylene glycol (PEG), or a fetal bovine serum (FBS) as active ingredients. The present invention further relates to a method for stabilizing the EC-SOD protein using the same, and to a method for producing the stabilized EC-SOD protein. Also provided are a composition for stabilizing EC-SOD protein for applying the EC-SOD protein to non-clinical or clinical operations, and a method for stabilizing the EC-SOD protein using the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain the EC-SOD protein with improved stability, and thus the composition and the method can be effectively applied to industries for producing various medicines and cosmetic products. |
