The present invention relates to compositions comprising spicamycin derivatives of formula II formulated in combination with a first biocompatible organic solvent that solubilizes the spicamycin derivative, and a second biocompatible organic solvent that is miscible with the first biocompatible organic solvent. The present invention overcomes the shortcomings of previous formulations which relate to the relatively insolubility of the spicamycin derivative. The present invention also improves the ease of manufacture, preparation, administration, whilst reducing levels of undesirable excipients in the final composition. |
