The front and rear wheels are arranged to be spaced apart from each other and be in parallel while taking left and right sides of a single virtual line. Accordingly, the kick scooter can be easily and stably moved while being prevented from falling down to the left or right side when the kick scooter is pulled and carried like a luggage trolley bag after folding the foot support and steering wheel. When the front and rear wheels come in contact with the ground after the foot support and steering wheel are folded, headlight and taillight units also come in contact with the ground at the same time, thereby making the kick scooter to come in contact with the ground in four points. Accordingly, the kick scooter can maintain a reliable upright position without falling to a side even without a rider to hold a handle thereon. The rider can freely move both hands to use a mobile phone or buy an item after leaving the kick scooter in an upright position.
