摘要 The present invention relates to a sensor for detecting saccharides, to a manufacturing method thereof, and to a detection method of glycated hemoglobin using the same. The sensor for detecting saccharides comprises a reaction layer synthesized with hydrogel having a 3D net structure by being modified with boronic acid. The detection method of glycated hemoglobin is capable of performing the selective and sensitive detection of glycated protein comprising glycated hemoglobin (HbA_1c) or blood glucose through a high signal level, and has effects in improving the durability of the sensor for detecting saccharides.
