Provided are a graphic processing unit, a graphic processing system including the same, and an anti-aliasing method using the same. The graphic processing unit includes: a geometry processing unit that receives a vertex and generates a primitive by using the vertex; and a rendering processing unit that converts the generated primitive to a fragment, performs fragment shading on the converted fragment, and performs anti-aliasing on the fragment on which the fragment shading has been performed. Different calculation operations are performed on a first color data and a second color data different from the first color data in a case where the rendering processing unit performs the anti-aliasing.
