The present invention relates to a glass substrate annealing apparatus which comprises: a conveyor means which conveys a glass substrate; a laser diode which emits a laser beam towards the glass substrate which is conveyed by the conveyor means; a line beam lens unit which collimates the emitted laser beam so as to emit the laser beam to the glass substrate; and a mirror bar to reflect the laser beam which is emitted and penetrates through the glass substrate towards the glass substrate. The glass substrate annealing apparatus of the present invention prevents a laser diode from being damaged by the laser beam, and can suppress rapid cooling of a metal layer in the glass substrate, while enabling slow cooling of the glass substrate by exposing the glass substrate to the laser beam for a longer period of time. |
