Disclosed are a beamforming apparatus for improving calculation speed, an ultrasonic imaging apparatus and a beam forming method. The beamforming apparatus includes a filter which selects first certain columns corresponding to a low frequency element among the columns of a transform function, and a beamforming process part which transforms an input signal to another space by using the transform function of the selected first certain columns and generates a beam signal through signal processing in the transformed space. |
