The invention relates to medicine and can be used for prosthetics of face parts. Facial prosthetic and orthopaedic system contains external silicone or plastic prosthesis and minimum two flat magnetic implants, each of which is covered with titanium coatings and is provided with flexible lugs, with each implant being intended for placement in formed for it bone bed, made corresponding to implant shape and dimensions under dissected soft tissues in the area to be provided with prosthesis by subperiosteal peeling, and is completely covered with thereof surrounding tissues, when implanted, with thickness of covering with dissected soft tissues constituting not more than 6 mm, and external prosthesis containing inside itself or on the surface magnetic elements, located in projection opposite magnetic implants, which are fixed through flexible lugs to bone surface of the area to be provided with prosthesis by means of titanium screws. The disclosed invention makes it possible to create facial prosthetic and orthopaedic system providing increased reliability, comfort, and reduction of rehabilitation period. |
