A Ni-group alloy of an embodiment comprises: 0.01-0.07 mass% of C; 14-26 mass% of Cr; 10-15 mass% of Co; 5-12 mass% of Mo; 0.8-3 mass% of Ti; 0.001-0.006 mass% of B; and the remaining part consisting of Ni and unavoidable impurities. The Ni-group alloy satisfies the relationship of Mo + 0.176Cr + 0.037Co is greater than or equal to 10 mass% and less than or equal to 15 mass%. In addition, the average thickness of carbide precipitated along the grain boundary is less than or equal to 250 nm.
