The present invention relates to a low wastewater type valuable metal electrolysis device, capable of preventing environmental pollution and effectively collecting valuable metal attached to various types of waste. According to the present invention, the low wastewater type valuable metal electrolysis device (100) comprises: an electrolytic detachment bath (110) wherein the electrolysis and a detachment of the valuable metal are performed; a positive plate (120) and a negative plate (130) placed on an inner side of the electrolytic detachment bath (110); a positive bar (140) installed to cross an upper end of the electrolytic detachment bath (110), guiding the positive plate (120) such that the positive plate (120) has a positive electrode; a negative bar (150) installed to cross an upper end of the electrolytic detachment bath (110) to be separated from the positive bar (140), guiding the negative plate (130) such that the negative plate (130) has a negative electrode; a barrel (160) having a plurality of scraps inside; and a scouring kier (170) installed in one side of the electrolytic detachment bath (110), cleaning a solution attached to an inner scrap and the barrel (160). According to the present invention, the low wastewater type valuable metal electrolysis device is able to easily collect valuable metals.
