The objective of the present invention is to propose a new restaurant system which enables customers to eliminate their distrust of food reuse or sanitation and to pay only for a desired amount of food by overcoming a problem such as cost bearing due to labor costs and kitchen facilities for an individual cooking each restaurant, and a lack of expertise in the taste of the food; thereby increasing the satisfaction of the customers. Also, the restaurant system of the present invention is able to significantly reduce the amount of food waste by enabling the customers to select the desired amount of food and to pay for the selected food; enables franchisers to easily operate restaurants by removing the need for kitchen staff and serving staff through a self-service operation as well as the need for kitchen facilities necessary for the operation of the restaurants; and enables a chain headquarter to supply the food at low prices without a burden of vehicles or delivery, and to prevent the waste of food by cooking the food according to the amount ordered. As such, the restaurant system of the present invention is able to generally sanitarily cook the food; provide customers with food of good taste and quality at low prices by experts; remove a trouble of waiting for the ordered food; and enables the customers to rapidly and cheaply use the food by selecting the desired amount and type of food. The restaurant system of the present invention comprises: the chain headquarter for cooking the food ordered by the franchisers; and the franchisers to directly pick-up the food cooked in the chain headquarter to sell the food. |
