Provided is a defrosting device comprising: a heating unit provided at a lower portion of an evaporator; and heat pipes connected with an inlet and an outlet of the heating unit, respectively and being at least partially arranged adjacent to a cooling pipe so that heat radiates toward the cooling pipe of the evaporator by high temperature hydraulic fluid heated by the heating unit and transferred. The heating unit includes: a heater case extending in one direction, arranged in lateral directions of the evaporator, and having an inlet and an outlet provided on both sides, respectively; and a heater which includes an active heating part accommodated in the heater case to actively generate heat for heating the hydraulic fluid, and a manual heating part extending from the active heating part and heated at a lower temperature than that of the active heating part. The inlet is formed at a position not in line with the active heating part so that the returned hydraulic fluid is not directly introduced into the active heating part after flowing in the heat pipes.
