The present invention relates to an apparatus (1) for supplying compression coil springs (S) in a separated manner. The apparatus can separate the entangled compression coil springs (S) from each other to supply the individual supplying compression coil springs (S). According to the present invention, the apparatus (1) includes: a discharge gate (4) which discharges the supplying compression coil springs (S) individually after separating the entangled supplying compression coil springs (S), which are input to an inlet (21), in a separation space in a body unit (2); an inclination guide unit (5) which is formed on the lower part of the inlet (21) to be tilted in a downward direction while extending toward the rear side; a horizontal conveying unit (6) including multiple horizontal sliding plates (61) on the lower part of the separation space (3) and horizontal air spray holes (62) which spray high-pressure air to the front from the lower part of a tip; a vertical conveying unit (7) including curved sliding plates (71) linked to the front part of the horizontal conveying unit (6) and vertical air spray holes (73) which spray high-pressure air in an upward direction from the tip of the curved sliding plates (71); and a guide block (8) which guides the compression coil springs (S) to the upper part of the vertical conveying unit (7). The apparatus generates turbulent flows in the separation space (3) by using the horizontal and vertical air spray holes (62, 73) to smoothly separate the entangled compression coil springs (S). Accordingly, the present invention ensures significant separation efficiency and obtains various positive effects such as noise prevention and dramatic manufacturing cost reduction by executing the separation operation without a separate means of generating vibrations. |
