PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appliance rotation device, a camera, and an illuminating device that can restrain a decrease in transmission efficiency even if a motor rotates.SOLUTION: An appliance rotation device 10 comprises a first arm A that transmits the rotation of a motor, links 13 and 14 joined to end parts of the first arm A, and a second arm B joined to other end parts of the links 13 and 14. The second arm B is joined to a rotating shaft of an appliance. The first arm A, the links 13 and 14, and the second arm B are arranged symmetrically with respect to a line that connects a rotating shaft of the motor and the rotating shaft of the appliance. The first arm A and the second arm B are attached so as to be offset by a predetermined angle with respect to a line orthogonal to the line that connects the rotating shaft of the motor and the rotating shaft of the appliance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
