PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development that has suppressed the occurrence of fogging.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner for electrostatic charge image development containing toner base particles including a binder resin and two or more types of external additives externally added to the toner base particles, where the toner base particles have a calculated value of specific surface of 0.4 m/g or more and 0.6 m/g or less and a surface property index value of 1.6 or more and 3.0 or less; the two or more types of external additive contain large-diameter inorganic oxide particles having a primary particle diameter of 120 nm or more and 300 nm or less and a circularity of 0.2 or more and 0.8 or less and small-diameter inorganic oxide particles having a primary particle diameter of 5 nm or more and 50 nm or less; the ratio of the large-diameter inorganic oxide particles to the total number of external additives is 10 to 30 number%; the ratio of the small-diameter inorganic oxide particles to the total number of external additives is 5 to 40 number%; and the ratio of the number average maximum thickness C to the number average equivalent circle diameter D of the toner base particles (C/D) is 0.001 or more and 0.5 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
