PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect a sufficient number of medical data items cheaply and efficiently.SOLUTION: The information processing system according to the present application includes input information acquisition means, registration means, first storage means, service offering means, and price acquisition means. The input information acquisition means acquires input information including user information and medical data, the user information including user identification information. The registration unit registers a user identified by the user identification information in the input information as a target to which charge-free first service is to be offered. The first storage means stores the user information and the medical data to correspond to each other. The service offering means offers second service using the user information and the medical data to an undertaker who sells health-related products or offers health-related roles.
