The present invention discloses a quick fastener (1) by way of which at least a first component A and a second component B are connectable together. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for producing the quick fastener. The quick fastener has the following features: a fastening bolt (10) having a fastening thread (12) with a first direction of hand, said fastening bolt (10) being fastenable to the second component B, a compressible preloading element (3) which is fastenable to the first component A and comprises, on a radial inner side, a preloading thread having a second direction of hand opposite to the first direction of hand, a hollow-cylindrical threaded element (60) having a drive means which is screwable into the preloading thread of the preloading element by way of an external thread (62) on a radial outer side and which comprises an internal thread on a radial inner side, the fastening thread of the fastening bolt being screwable into said internal thread, wherein at least one structural twist prevention means (30; 34; 36) is provided between the hollow-cylindrical threaded element (60) and the compressible preloading element (3).
