A packaging box with a stack structure comprises a base (10) and a box body (20) disposed on the base (10). A first groove (11) is formed in the bottom surface of the base (10) along a first direction. A first clamping strip (21) matching the first groove (11) is disposed on the top surface of the box body (20) along the first direction. During the stacking process, the groove in the bottom surface of one packaging box can be correspondingly clamped with the clamping strip on the top surface of another packaging box so as to constrain the packaging boxes in the horizontal direction, and the packaging boxes do not collapse even if adverse factors such as shock occur during transportation, and accordingly, the safety of cargoes is effectively protected, and the loading, unloading and conveying efficiency is also improved. |
