Extending sites (21E) where the surface sheet (21) extends towards the non-skin-facing-surface side are joined to members (42) that are located closer to an outer body (30) than the extending sites (21E) and that are adjacent to the extending sites (21E). Joints (43) between the extending sites (21E) and the members (42) are located outward of the bending guide portions in the width direction Y. Elastic members (25') are arranged at both side edges of the absorbent core (23) and the side absorbent bodies (23d) are bent between the elastic members (25') and the joints (43).
