A lighting device includes a light emitting device and a reflector. The reflector includes: a first opening and a second opening which surround the light emitting device; reflector sidewalls which form the first opening and the second opening and are branched and extended to the second opening to get apart from the first opening to the light emitting device; and corner faceted surfaces. Each of the faceted surfaces is arranged across a corresponding reflector corner formed by a pair of reflector sidewalls adjacent to the first opening. Like this method, over-hardening and low deterioration are reduced. The size of combination optics and a distance between the light emitting devices and a workpiece are reduced. Thereby, hardening hours are reduced. Manufacturing costs are reduced. A photosensitive workpiece can be uniformly irradiated. |
